Ridwan worked for MoraSpirit as a creative designer and web developer from year 2012 to 2014 and supported the organization in many ways to achieve what it is today. As a creative designer Ridwan designed flyers, brochures, marketing material and created videos for events, moraspirit.com and for fb page. As a web developer, he developed a work force and task management system called Volma for MoraSpirit. It even comprised of a performance management module as well. I wish Ridwan all the success in his future endeavours!

Ridwan joined OrangeHRM as an intern but he was very quick of the blocks and was always seen by management as star for the future. Ridwan was a great professional to work with. I was under his guidance for about six months at OrangeHRM. During his mentoring period, he guided me to start my career as a cloud and security engineer from scratch and strengthen my confidence. Ridwan served OrangeHRM from late 2014 to early 2015 as an Intern. He worked with the Enterprise team and more involved in developing the android mobile application for the orangehrm application. There were two mobile app project he worked and he has done a marvellous job in working them. He is a good team player who really collaborated with the supervisors, reviewers, graphic designer and QA team. He learnt the technologies quickly and used them in his work. Also helped out other colleagues whenever they seek assistance. In addition, he has knowledge on web application and server security stuffs to a great deal. He actually presented some of the information in a tech talk took place within the organization. Ridwan is a hard-working, friendly, quick learner and a pleasant person to work with. He would be a worthy asset wherever he serve.
